About the author

Heidi McLaughlin is a New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today Bestselling author of The Beaumont Series, The Boys of Summer, and The Archers.

Originally, from the Pacific Northwest, she now lives in picturesque Vermont, with her husband, two daughters, and their three dogs.

In 2012, Heidi turned her passion for reading into a full-fledged literary career, writing over twenty novels, including the acclaimed Forever My Girl.

Heidi’s first novel, Forever My Girl, has been adapted into a motion picture with LD Entertainment and Roadside Attractions, starring Alex Roe and Jessica Rothe, and opened in theaters on January 19, 2018.

Third base (The boys of summer #1)

This is the first book in this series and what a start it is. This is a sweet story with added mystery to help move the story flow along nicely. I just couldn't put this book down till I'd got to the last page, then I was left wanting more. The characters are fantastic and have very hot chemistry together. I can't wait to read more from this author in the future.

This is the second book in the series. This is a emotional. Sexy and funny story. This author has a fab way of bringing everything to life through the words. The characters were amazing, I just fell in love with them from the start. I just couldn't put this book down till id got to the last page then I was left wanting more and more. This is a sports romance read.

This is the third book in this series. I loved these characters, I fell in love with them from the first page. This author is quickly becoming one of my favourite authors. You are always guaranteed a fantastic read. This story was very well written. I can't wait to read more from this author in the future.

You will fall in love with the characters in this book from the very first page. This is an amazing story that will have you reading long into the night. I just couldn't put this book down till id finished it and I was left wanting more and more. This book has plenty of hot steamy scenes. This author has a fab way of bringing you amazing characters mixed with an amazing story that will keep you hooked.

This is the first book in this series by this author. This is a love triangle with a twist. This is the story of Riley, Evan and Nate. Riley needs to make the choice between two twin brothers. This book has the perfect amount of angst to keep you reading long into the night. This is edgy, suspenseful, intriguing and intense all the way through. This story is not finished with this book and you will need book two as soon as possible to see where the story goes.
